The object in the photo was found on LAMB Compound in Bangladesh. The oil barrels next to it show you that it is approximately one meter high. Comment on this post to let me know what you think it is.
This item looks like it is upside down. If it were upright on it's feet, the pipe could collect rainwater from the roof and there could be a spigot on the other side to use it for laundry and such. It could be outside discarded because it is leaky. This is my uneducated guess. :) Sherrie

It is a dog/cat extermination device, I believe, though I don't understand how it works.
